Due to the NIMBY policy of our felt supplier the system will prevent you from completing the checkout process for any order that contains either a felt product if you live in the USA or if you've added a product to your cart before signing, in which has been assigned a conflicting delivery method for your address.

Simply delete the conflicting item and reselect it now that you are signed in, so that the correct delivery method id assigned to you order. Remember our DIY range is delivered NZ via post/courier and the rest of the world received these via digital delivery.
